Bluegrass Builders LLC was founded by Greg Laughlin, a seasoned construction professional with decades of hands-on experience leading complex, high stakes projects across the country. Before bringing his expertise home to Kentucky, Greg served as a Project Superintendent overseeing major commercial builds, including state of the art clinical laboratories, ground up hotels, retail buildouts, and large scale government and private sector developments.

His background includes managing multimillion-dollar projects such as UC Sn Diego's 76,000 square foot clinical laboratory facility, two waterfront Marriott and Hilton hotels constructed simultaneously, and high end retail improvements for brands like Prada, Serena & Lily, Starbucks, Greg has coordinated specialized mechanical systems, complex structural challenges, BIM driven planning, and rigorous safety standards.

While his portfolio is impressive, Greg is known most for how he works. He is steady, detail focused, and dependable. He shows up when he says he will. He communicates clearly.
